Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order. Please note that all items must be returned in the same form as received, labeled and unused. Any item that has been used will not be accepted.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN WITHIN THE PENINSULAR TERRITORY?

You can make the return in three ways:

1. RETURN IN OUR SEVILLA STORE – FREE OF CHARGE

2. ASK THE BRAND TO HAVE A COURIER PICK UP THE PACKAGE AT YOUR HOME. THIS SERVICE HAS A FIXED COST OF 6,00€ (NACEX), WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE FINAL REFUND.

Please notify us of your wish to make a return within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order by email to lina@linasevilla.com. The cost of the home collection service is 6,00€. This amount will be deducted when proceeding to the refund.

3. DELIVERY WITHIN THE ESTABLISHED DEADLINE USING THE COURIER COMPANY THAT BEST SUITS YOUR NEEDS.

In all three cases, the refund will be credited to your account within approximately 14 days. 14 days after we receive the item. The money will be refunded in the original form of payment.. Lhe shipping and handling charges are not refundable in any case. Any defect found at the time of delivery and that has not been previously notified, will affect the return.

Any personalized, modified, or altered product, due to the nature and modification of the product, as well as any product returned damaged, used, unsealed, incomplete, or stained, cannot be returned. For all items, the price tag is considered part of the package.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OUTSIDE SPAIN?

Please notify us of your wish to make a return within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order by emailing us at lina@linasevilla.com. We will give you the necessary instructions for the return.

The refund will be credited to your account in approximately 14 days. 14 days after we receive the item. The money will be refunded in the original form of payment.. Lhe shipping costs as well as any taxes or customs duties arising from the shipment are not refundable in any case. If we have to bear any of the costs upon receipt of the package, they will be deducted from the refund.. Any defect found at the time of delivery and that has not been previously notified, will affect the refund.

If you wish to change the size of a product or exchange it for another color, you must return the product and then make the purchase of the new article.
